PRESS ON NAILS FAQ

• Refund and exchange policy? Refunds or exchanges are unavailable 24hrs after receiving package
  

• Processing and shipping Processing orders take 3-7 days as all nails are made to order. Shipping usually takes 3- 5 business days. All shipping is done through USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent out via email
  

• How long do the nails last? That will depend on how you prep your nails and how rough you are with your hands. If you follow all instructions listed on the instruction card they could last up to 2-3 weeks.
  

• Are the nails reusable? Yes of course! If you don't soak them in acetone and take care of them, you can reuse them. 
  

• Do I take custom orders Yes of course! just DM me on IG (@dadollshopnb) and we'll discuss everything together.
  

• What if the nails I ordered don't fit? Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do. I am not responsible if you order the wrong size. If you are unsure of your nail size check out the nail sizing guide on this website.
